Teaching in Weikersheim
August was characterized by masterclasses in Weikersheim at the Jeunesses Musicales Germany
(probably THE institution for young musicians in Germany). First as a teacher for this year's
“Chamber Music Experience” course followed by the Notos Chamber Music Academy, which I
co-founded in 2019.

New Chapter
For the 2024/25 season, I have decided to leave the Notos Quartet and pursue new artistic paths.
I look back somewhat wistfully on the last 9 years full of intense experiences, but I am all the
more excited about the new beginning and many exciting projects that now lie ahead of me!

Lockenhaus Festival
Returned to the Lockenhaus Chamber Music Festival. This place exudes inspiration - being part
of it is pure joy.
What made this year especially memorable was working with the living legend Heinz Holliger
on Sandor Veress' Orbis Tonorum (whose premiere Holliger conducted years ago) and a
spontaneous stand-in for a work that had been canceled, performing Bernd Alois Zimmermann's
Solo Sonata.

Excited to have been part of the fantastic cello section of the Philharmonic Orchestra Munich as guest
principal for an all Rachmaninov project led by Lorenzo Viotti.

Last Minute step in @ Villa Musica
It was such a pleasure returning to Villa Musica, where I held a stipend myself many years ago, as guest teacher
for a project of Brahms and Dvorak string quintets with amazing team of Christian Tetzlaff, Carla Usberti,
Louisa Staples und Gordon Lau.

Premiere in Bonn
This was definitely a first performance to remember. A new piano quartet concerto by my father, David P. Graham, written for Notos Quartet and Beethoven Orchestra Bonn, directed by Daniel Johannes Mayr.
"The long applause for the composer and his performers was audibly heartfelt."
